Certification Process for 2011

• If you can't access the Broker Portal with the link above, Click on this link and then click on "Broker Portal" on the right hand side of the page.
  

The below ACCESS CODES are needed to log onto the broker portal.

• Part D:  20WW8
• CCP: 5TDFJ 

• Passing Test Scores - 90%

• The AHIP Medicare Marketing Core Compliance and Coventry CCP and Part D certification modules.
• 2011 require that you successfully pass each module test with a minimum score of 90%.
• Three (3) Attempts

• New for 2011 Renewal Commissions

• According to final guidelines for Agent/Broker Compensation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), to be eligible to receive Coventry renewal commission payments, brokers and agents must be:

• Appointed by Coventry

• Licensed by the State(s) (if applicable)

• Successfully complete annual certification for the corresponding Coventry Medicare product.

• According to CMS, Coventry must not pay agents who are no longer appointed to sell in the State (if required).

• Refer to CMS Medicare Marketing  Guidelines for more information, including Sections 20, 120.5.6 and 120.6.
