There are two website:  www.todaysoptions.com and www.todaysoptionsccrx.com (CCRX is for their Independent Pharmacy lead program).

There are two types of online enrollment. Depending on the method you select, one or both of the forms must be mailed to the Company upon the completion of the process. Click here for the forms.

1. Online Enrollment Authorization: to be used for all online enrollments and signed by client.

2. Online Application Transmittal: to be used for online enrollments without the client present (must be submitted with the completed enrollment form and online enrollment authorization).

Scenario 1—Online Enrollment Authorization

With your laptop or client’s computer, you enroll a Medicare Beneficiary into Today’s Options at the beneficiary’s residence.

1. Have the enrollee complete and sign the Online Authorization Form.

2. Enter the enrollee’s information online. A paper application is not needed.

3. Mail only the Online Authorization Form to your company’s Cambridge address

(see below), where it will be matched to your online application.

Here are the addresses:

Pyramid Life

PO Box 391829

Cambridge, MA 02139

American Progressive

PO Box 391889

Cambridge, MA 02139

Marquette National

PO Box 399139

Cambridge, MA 02139

Avera

PO Box 399140

Cambridge, MA 02139

When you enroll a Medicare-eligible beneficiary online you will subsequently receive a Today’s Options Acknowledgement of Receipt in your e-mail. You can also include additional e-mail addresses to receive the acknowledgement.

Important Note: For this type of online enrollment, clients who select ACH bank draft for their premium mode will initially be placed on direct bill. This is explained during the online enrollment process.

Scenario 2—Online Application Transmittal

  1. Meet with a Medicare Beneficiary and complete a Today’s Options paper application.
  2. You enter the information online after leaving enrollee’s residence.
  3. Please note: If your client elects “ACH Bank Draft” as a payment mode, you cannot input their banking information online. You still need to complete the banking information on the paper enrollment form, and attach a voided check.
  4. Once the online enrollment is completed you will receive a subscriber number.
  5. Print out the Transmittal/Fax Cover Sheet which is custom generated for the application.  Fax the Application, the Scope of Appointment Form, the Bank Draft Form (if using bank draft), the POA (if required) to the fax number on the cover of the Transmittal.

Note: If you entered several enrollments, you will receive a unique subscriber number for each one.  Don’t forget … Regardless of which enrollment method you choose, you must still set up the Verification Call. Once you and your client have completed the enrollment form, contact the Verification Call Center at (800) 260-5769 to set up a callback time convenient to the enrollee to confirm that he/she understands the plan. Call Center hours are: Monday-Saturday  8:00 am – 12:00 midnight ET and Sunday 12:00 Noon – 9:00 PM ET.
