How to Get Licensing:

If you are not a registered user of our website, click here to register. 

To get licensed you will need to complete your appointment information via No More Forms web-based system.

1. Click here for the instruction manual. 
2. Click here to log into the No More Forms website. 
3. Once you have completed Registration you will need to enter a Client Package Code - RIUnison2009.
4. You will need to complete three electronic forms Agent Application, Ethics Acknowledgement and Investigation Permission.
5. To check the status of your licensing, visit "Agent Gateway"
