• • Supplies for 2009 will be available for ordering through the broker portal around October 15th, 2008.

  • To order supplies, log into the Geisinger website using the ID and Password you created when you were certified for 2009.

  • You can also print out the Supply Order Form and Fax to Geisinger 570-271-5268 or e-mail it to tmcrosson@thehealthplan.com
