Certification Process for 2010

1.   Register on Coventry Broker Portal Website

2.   Complete AHIP or CMS Certification

a.   The AHIP training will be provided by the Coventry Broker Portal.  For Instructions, see the videos or manuals below.  There is a $100 charge for this training.

b.   If you’ve completed the CMS Certification, please follow these instructions:

                                          i.    Register (Step 1 above)

                                         ii.    Fax Certification to 1-866-804-4835 att. Amy Knight   

                                        iii.    Log back in (about 48 hours later) to the portal to complete Steps 3 and 4.

3.   Complete Product Training (either Part D, Coordinated Care or Both)

4.   Complete Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training (by December 31^st, 2009)
