How to Sort Your Leads

• There are 5 Ways to Sort Your Leads
  • All Leads - This is Default and includes ALL Statuses
  • My Active Leads - Leads which you are currently working on.  The leads in this view are sorted by "Next Step Date", so you can very easily see what/when you need to take further action on your leads.  This includes the following statuses:
    • Assigned
    • Call 1, 2, 3
    • Left Message
    • Appointment Set
    • Qualified Lead
  • My Qualified Leads - Leads with the Status "Qualified Lead"
  • My Bad Leads - Leads with one of the following Statuses
    • Appointment - No Sale
    • Lost to Competitor
    • Not Interested/Not Qualified
    • Reassign
  • My Clients - Leads with the Status of "Sold"
