How to Edit a Lead

  1. From My Leads Home Page, Click on the First/Last Name of the Lead you which to Edit
  2. Enter/Overwrite any information in the fields provided

 

Important Note when working with Assigned Leads

  • Lead Status is critically important for you to keep updates
  • Use the Next Step Date to tell yourself when you must take the next action (call back, client returning from vacation, client's x-date, client cannot move due to Lock In, etc.)
