• Enter Client Name (Optional)
• Enter Zip Code
• Enter Age at Issue
• Enter Gender
• Enter Rate Class (some companies use Preferred Plus or Ultimate Rates, if unsure, use preferred)
• Enter Marital Status (some companies give a Marital Discount if applying together)
• Choose which Plans to quote (A-L)
  • Check the box under Medicare Supplement Plan 1,
  • From the drop down, Select which plan you would like to quote
  • You can quote up to 3 plans at a time, if you would like to quote more plans, repeat first 2 steps for Medicare Supplement Plan 2 and 3.
•  Click on the Box "Agree to Terms and Conditions
• Click Submit
