• Follow Up Complete - We have called you to follow up on the paperwork we sent you, however, it has not been returned.
• Contract Returned-Incomplete - We received your paperwork, but we have not sent it yet or we are unable to send it to the company due to missing info. (includes the date we received it)
• Sent to Carrier - We have sent your paperwork to the Company for processing by their licensing Department (includes the date we sent it)
• Closed/Won - Your appointment has been approved by the carrier and you have a writing number (includes the date of appointment)
• Closed/Lost - The carrier denied your appointment, due to an existing hierarchy, vector hit, background, etc.
• Terminated - The carrier has terminated your contract for lack of production, etc.
