To Check on your Company Appointments

  1. Log into Agent Gateway
  2. Click on "View My Companies"
  3. You will get a listing of all Insurance Companies for which you have requested information.
    • Agent/Agency Name - This will be for you, your agency, or a member of your downline
    • Comapany Name
    • Status - Click Here for a list of statuses
  4. To View more Information about an individual appointment, click on the Agent/Agency Name.  From here you can view:
    • General Information like:  Company Name, Status, Date we Received Paperwork, Date Paperwork was completed, Date of Your Appointment
    • Information about your Appointment:  Commission Level, Agent Number,
    • Medicare Advantage Certification info:  Products Certified for and Date Certified
    • State Appointment data:  Resident and Non-resident appointment information
    • Advancing Options and Level of Advancing
  5. You can also store your Website ID and Password for that particular company here.
    • To add or change your company password, enter the Website ID and Password
    • Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
