How to View an Existing Service Request
- After you Click on "Agent Service" from Agent Gateway, if you have any outstanding Agent Service Requests, the will appear in a list below the form to enter a New Agent Service Request.
- To view an existing Agent Service Request, click on the Hyperlink in the far right column called "Question Subject"
- You will be able to see from here:
- Subject
- Company
- Type
- Source
- Status
- Open Date
- Closed Date
- Description
- All Notes sorted by date
