How to View an Existing Service Request

  1. After you Click on "Agent Service" from Agent Gateway, if you have any outstanding Agent Service Requests, the will appear in a list below the form to enter a New Agent Service Request.
  2. To view an existing Agent Service Request, click on the Hyperlink in the far right column called "Question Subject"
  3. You will be able to see from here:
    • Subject
    • Company
    • Type
    • Source
    • Status
    • Open Date
    • Closed Date
    • Description
    • All Notes sorted by date
