How to Edit an Existing Service Request

  • You can Edit a Service Request in 2 ways:
    • Change the Status - To change the status, select the new status from the drop down and Click Submit
    • Add Notes - You cannot add notes to a Closed Service Request (you will need to re-open it first).  To add notes, enter information in the Subject and Note fields and Click "Add Note"
